I’m delighted to be taking part in Making Spaces at Decorex International this October, a leading showcase of international interior design industry. I’ll be showing new work and demonstrating the ancient Japanese craft of paper yarn making, which I use extensively.

I will post photos soon, once the space is cleared. As you would expect from textile related work, there’s an interesting mix of techniques, materials, texture and colour in both 2D and 3D work although all textile work is 3D really whether it’s a framed piece or a free standing form. It’s day 3 of the set up and hopefully the last. As usual @sylvia.quinnell has been generous with her time and a great help - she’s the one that goes up the ladder and finds solutions to the practical problems that crop up as well as having a good eye.
